Express Workout (30 Minutes)
●2 People: $40 per session
This is your opportunity to workout with a friend, or even two. Small group training is a smart way to get in shape and save money. By training in a small group, workouts become fun, encouraging, and competitive. Each session will be designed and supervised by a certified trainer to help each individual achieve his or her goals together.
If traditional one hour sessions will not fit into your busy schedule, we may have your solution. Express workouts are designed to maximize your time in the gym with fast paced training geared towards reaching your goals.
